Our Story

We started by building software. We learned to think much bigger.

Ecsion was founded in 2010 as a software company. Over the years, the work expanded from applications and websites into the harder questions behind them: What makes customers choose one business over another? Where does growth get stuck? Why do operational systems become harder to use as organizations become more complex?

That changed how we think about technology. A website is not simply a design project. Software is not simply a collection of features. AI is not a strategy by itself. Each is useful only when it solves a real problem for a customer, employee or organization.

Today, Ecsion works across that entire spectrum: digital experiences that help businesses grow, custom systems that make organizations easier to run, and product platforms built from problems we have seen repeatedly in the real world.

Deepak Seth

Technology, product strategy & business systems

Deepak co-founded Ecsion in 2010 and initially served as CEO before moving his focus toward technology leadership. His work sits at the intersection of business strategy, product thinking and software engineering.

His perspective has been shaped by years of building and managing technology products and by a belief that engineering decisions should ultimately connect to business outcomes. At Ecsion, he helps shape the company's technology direction, product architecture and approach to AI-enabled systems.

Deepak studied at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Maneesha Seth

Co-Founder, Bizfire · Ecsion

Maneesha brings more than 25 years of technology experience, beginning as a software developer and progressing through technical leadership into product strategy and solution architecture.

At Ecsion and Bizfire, she works with business owners, agencies and product teams to translate operational problems into practical, scalable software. Her current work spans SaaS product development, AI, business process automation, customer experience and cloud solutions.

Her philosophy is straightforward: technology should solve business problems, not create more complexity.
